Can I put the lenses in myself? Absolutely – it’s nothing complicated. Watch the video and we’ll show you two methods: with an applicator and without one.
What do I need for lens care? If you plan to wear the lenses repeatedly, you will need a solution and a case. After each use, the lenses should be stored in fresh solution, which cleans them and prepares them for the next use. At the beginning, eye drops can be helpful to moisturise the eyes and increase wearing comfort. Some people use an applicator to insert the lenses.
Can I use any solution and eye drops? No. The solution must be suitable for soft contact lenses (we do not offer any other type). Eye drops must be specifically designed for use with contact lenses.
Can I damage my eyesight? With proper care, the lenses are completely safe. We offer only products from trusted brands that meet international quality and safety standards. We test them on our own eyes.
How long can I wear the lenses? The lenses are designed for all-day wear. With each product, you will find information about its period of use – this refers to how long you can wear the lenses from the first use (usually 3, 6 or 12 months), provided they are properly cared for, even when you are not wearing them.
Can I wear lenses if I don’t have a vision impairment? Yes. Choose from our range of non-prescription lenses. These do not correct vision.
From what age can I wear lenses? Generally speaking, if you are able to insert and remove the lenses yourself and take proper care of them, you can wear them.
Can I sleep in the lenses? The lenses are not designed for sleeping. However, if you do fall asleep while wearing them, remove them immediately after waking up and moisturise your eyes with eye drops.
Is wearing lenses uncomfortable or painful? If you are new to lenses, they may feel uncomfortable at first while your eyes get used to them. However, they should not cause pain.
Can a lens fall out of my eye? If the lens is correctly positioned in the eye, it will not fall out on its own.
Can a lens get stuck under the eyelid? Don’t worry, it can’t get stuck. In rare cases, it may slip slightly under the eyelid – you can simply move it back with your finger, or close your eye and gently massage the eyelid. This can happen if the eye becomes dry.
How can I tell which side is which? With some coloured lenses, it is obvious from the colour. If the lens looks the same on both sides, you can tell by its shape:

Is there a difference between a left and right lens? No, there isn’t. However, it is recommended to always wear the same lens in the same eye.
Will the lens affect my vision? The lenses have a transparent centre that usually does not interfere with vision. However, the pupil adjusts to ambient light, so in some cases there may be slight visual limitation.
Can I rinse the lenses under running water? Never rinse the lenses with tap water or bottled water.
