Complaints and Withdrawal from the Contract

Please inform us of your complaint immediately, even before returning the claimed goods.

Due to the nature of the goods (contact lenses), the claimed goods must be sent (or delivered) immediately after identifying (reporting) the defect, but no later than within 14 days. The deadline can be extended in exceptional cases and only upon prior agreement. If this is not done, the complaint will be rejected.

Send the claimed goods (contact lenses) in a solution to prevent spillage or damage to the lenses. In the event of a complaint about a single lens, send only the defective lens.

Include a copy of the order or invoice with the shipment to identify yourself.
