Coloured contact lenses Jolie Blue

Recently I decided to change my look with a pair of Jolie Blue coloured lenses and I’d like to share it with you. If you’re considering a new fresh colour for your eyes, read on.

First of all, the colour effect of these lenses is absolutely amazing. The colour is bright, natural, although perhaps a bit too much – anyone who knows your eye colour might find the change a little too striking, after all it’s a big change. For someone who doesn’t know you, the colour is simply brighter, but it won’t occur to them that it’s an effect caused by lenses. So for naturalness I give 1-.

Comfort is key with any contact lenses and Jolie Blue didn’t disappoint. They are incredibly soft and feel light on the eyes. They can be worn all day without any irritation or dryness. That’s extra important for me because I have sensitive eyes and I have problems with many other brands. So for comfort, 1.

Putting them in is easy even for someone who isn’t a professional at wearing contact lenses. Of course complete beginners may struggle for a moment, that’s normal and there’s no need to be afraid of it. I recommend using a quality solution so the lenses stay moist and ready to use, which really helps with smooth and easy application. They just won’t go in – I put a drop of solution on them, moisten them and putting them in is immediately easier.

I can’t imagine wearing the lenses for half a year, as stated for them – after all they are quite thin. But the manufacturer probably believes it if they state it. Since I alternate different colours, I haven’t found out whether they really last half a year. I believe it will also depend on the solution in which the lenses are stored – but everyone has to try that for themselves.

My friend liked them, but unfortunately they are not available in prescription version. That’s a minus.

I have to praise customer support, the response was quick and helpful, so that also contributed to me eventually buying the lenses.

What to say in conclusion? These are quality coloured lenses that I can recommend with a clear conscience. They combine comfort, ease of use and a natural colour that can complement any outfit or occasion.
