The company's personal data protection notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") of Gaudete s.r.o., with registered office at Horynova 2389/1, 149 00 Prague 4, ID No.: 24679925, also contactable at info@luciferlenses.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization") sets out the mutual rights and obligations of the Organization as a personal data controller and natural persons as data subjects in the context of the implementation of the protection of personal data obtained through the online activities of the website www.luciferlenses.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), of which the Organization is the operator, and legal actions related to the Website as follows:

  1. The regulation of personal data protection under this Notice is based on Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), effective as of 25.05.2018, where you can find a broader description of the scope of rights and obligations in the protection of personal data in these legal regulations.
  2. We only process and collect personal data collected from you. Personal data is any information that you provide to us about yourself or that is automatically generated by your online behaviour and on the basis of which you can be identified, most often your name, date of birth, place of residence, delivery address, other contact details including, as a rule, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address, MAC address, cookies, etc. We do not use any form of automated decision-making, including profiling of you.
  3. The organisation only processes personal data for specific purposes based on legal grounds. We pass your data to others (so-called processors) only so that we can fulfil our mutual obligations, e.g. we pass your data to the Czech Post s.p. so that it can deliver your order to you. We do not pass your data on to anyone outside the EU.
  4. As a rule, we process your personal data for 10 years, in particular for the reason and in the manner according to the archiving period of the VAT Act or due to the expiration of the consent, if granted.
  5. You have the right to information, which also includes the right to access your personal data processed by us, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to be forgotten by erasure of your personal data, the right to apply restrictions on processing for lawful reasons, the right to transfer your personal data elsewhere, to object to any processing and, of course, to withdraw your consent at any time, if granted. You can exercise all your rights in any way you wish, but preferably by emailing us at: info@luciferlenses.co.uk. This is without prejudice to your right to complain to the Data Protection Authority www.uoou.cz or to exercise your rights in court.
  6. In the event that the organization sells or purchases any part of a business or other similar asset, the organization may transfer or receive your data to the intended seller or buyer of such asset, and if the organization or any part of it is acquired by a third party, the data held by the organization or its users or members will be one of the transferred assets.
